I feel like I wanna say so much about all the happenings going on in the world, but in reality there isn’t enough words to describe all of the feelings. I was writing this blog post a little different earlier, but then I changed my mind because these feelings that I am feeling are hard to describe. We live in a crazy world filled with racism, discrimination, sex trafficking, recreational drugs that destroy peoples lives, people getting upset over politics, and so many more things! A part of me wants to just send Reiki and healing to all of these things, but then there is a part of me that feels like that isn’t enough. I know I am not perfect, no one is, but the best we can do is learn and try to grow from it. I was going to share a website/blog that talked about 75 different things one could do about racial justice/equality, but I talked to another friend of mine today and decided that maybe it isn’t my place to really share it. I have reached out to someone in my community that is an advocate for different issues going on in my community. For me this is a my step to learning more and understanding a little better before I share any of these issues going on in the world!
I saw a quote the other day by Lao Tzu that I thought was fitting to what I am trying to say “The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.” I also saw someone on one of the social media platforms that said “I understand that I will never understand but I stand!” My heart goes out to Goerge Floyd and his family/friends!
On another note I have been seeing the repeating number 222 and 777 a lot lately, so I decided to look up the meaning because I think it is a good message for everyone to hear. I am going to do my best to summarize what I read about it and not plagiarize so I am not taking credit for this wording. If it seems like I am plagiarizing, I apologize because I am not that great with summarizing.
One of the meanings is about creating new beginnings and expand with the universe. We are in times of change with the world and in order to become better we need to expand our minds by learning how we can help different causes in the world. If we want to see the world in a different eye, we should manifest what we want and take action with it! 222 is also telling us that if things don’t go exactly how we imagined it, just go with the flow and trust the universe. Remember that you are doing the best that you can to help with the situation that you are in, with all of the information you have. Don’t be super hard on yourself! When you realize that you are just a human being who is still learning, you can begin to forgive yourself. While you are forgiving yourself, you also end up forgiving others.
